Q: Do you provide samples?
A: Yes. We understand it can often be difficult in making sure that a garment is the right size and colour you require prior to purchase which is why we offer the option for you to first pick up a sample.
So samples are charged in full but we'll credit the amount against future orders.
This allows you to first make sure the garment is a comfortable fit and the colour you expected prior to any customisation taking place.
If a garment is first printed or embroidered with your logo and you then find the size or colour isn't to your liking, unfortunately, this garment won't be able to be for a refunded.
Q: Is there a charge to set up my logo?
A: Yes, there is a small initial charge of £9.99 for an embroidered logo and £4.99 for a printed logo. We'll keep hold of the logos, so you'll never have to pay these again.

Q: Will I have to pay set up costs on future orders with the same logo?
A: Nope, set up costs only apply to the first time we have to set up a logo.
Q: Can we have more than one logo on our clothing?
A: Yes, just select the number of embroidered or printed designs required and we will happily pop them on for you.
Q: Can we see the designs before they are applied to our order?
A: Certainly, for embroidered designs, we email you a logo to approve with clear details of where the logo will be positioned, for printed orders, we email you a full-size colour proof to approve. We can not proceed with your order without your emailed consent as we want to make sure it's perfect.
Q: Are there any other costs involved?
A: The only other costs are VAT and delivery if your order is under £75 excluding VAT.
Q: Can we order plain clothing without any embroidery or printing?
A: No problem, all our garments can be ordered plain and are usually dispatched within 48hrs.
Q: How many colours can we have in our design?
A: We love colour and this why all embroidered designs can have up to 15 colours. Printed designs are available in full colour.
Q: What are your delivery times?
A: Standard Delivery
We will provide you with your personalised garments anywhere between 7 to 10 working days after you have approved your Artwork.
Need your item in a rush? Just let us know. If we can fit your order in, then we will. What's more, we won't charge you any more.
For most brands, we will dispatch your items within 3 working days, after you have approved your Artwork.
Q:Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders over £75 net (Ex VAT). A small charge is added to orders under this for orders on mainland UK. Highlands, Islands and overseas the price is on announcement so contact us for a price.
Q: What formats can we send our artwork in?
A: The list is endless. For embroidered designs we can accept artwork in the following formats, Bmp, Jpeg, Tiff, EPS, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
For printed designs we can accept artwork in: EPS, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Tiff, high resolution jpeg or bmp file or any other vector format.
If you are not sure just send us what you have and our clever designers will let you know if it's ok.
Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Q: I can't see what I'm looking for. Do you supply it?
A: The answer is, yes - probably! Just give us a call, or email [email protected] and will try our very best to find it for you.
Q: Where do I find size guides?
A: We have loads and loads of wonderful supplier, but because of this, we don't have just one generic size guide. Normally we have one lovely size guide per brand which are supplied to us straight from our supplier. Pop us an email at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help.
Q: I'm not sure what I need, can you help?
A: Of course. Just give us a call or email [email protected] and our friendly team will chat through your ideas with you and suggest some great products.
Q: Can I return my item?
A: If a garment is customised with your logo, then this garment will not be able to be returned for a refund. If you have purchased a sample, you can either return it to us for a full refund (as long as it's within 28 days from point of purchase) or have the garment returned for personalisation and used as part of a larger order. Faulty garments or where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of Workwear City to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order these can be returned within 28 days for a refund.
